Pavati Tax Service LLC has provided professional tax solutions to business owners and individuals in Casey County since 2004.

Bookkeeping
Pavati Tax Service LLC uses Quick Books (QB) for Bookkeeping, Payroll Taxes and Sales Tax.
We have the ability to work remotely with clients or on-site, depending on the situation.

January 15th – April 15th
Monday through Friday 12pm to 8pm EST
Saturday 9am to 6pm EST

April 16th – Jan 14th
By appointment only
Tuesday & Thursdays 4pm -8pm
and Sat 10-2pm
Off Season hours may vary, please call if you need a different appointment day.

Federal Payroll Form Submissions:

• W-2 - Annual Employee Wage Statement
• 941 Federal Withholding
• 940 Federal Unemployment

Kentucky Payroll Form Submissions:

• K-1 KY State Withholding
• UI-3 KY State Unemployment
• KY Transmitter

Other States Payroll services upon request.
**No Withholding payments at this time.

Verification of Identity
We will verify all customers identity, this is why we request:

• A photo ID for all individuals
• Children: (One of the following)
  • Social Security Card
  • Child's Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Guardianship
• IRS Identity Pin (if received one)
• FEIN letter for businesses

Tax Services
All Tax Services include One State and Electronic Filing if available

Refund Transfers - Bank Product Options allow you to pay for your tax service when you get your refund.
